What to expect in session?
A conversation about you, how you're feeling, and what brings you here.
You are an individual. Before we decide what is the best way forward we need to understand, what you're going through and what do you want or don't want in your life.
Also, we'll check if we're the right match to work together.
Who is it for?
Do you have some emotional struggles, feelings that are difficult to deal with?
How about thoughts, that are bothering you?
Do you have other things that affect the quality of your life and you don't know exactly what it is or what to do about it?
If yes, this session is a good start: we'll be able to explore your worries and decide what can be done about it. Who knows: sometimes even talking about things out loud can help us to have better clarity about ourselves, our feelings, and what is going on.
What will happen after?
It is entirely up to you.
My wish and aim are to give you as much support and tools as I can so that you would feel re-empowered to deal with your emotions and life situations with or without continuous extra help.
